We are so confident in our products that we offer an unconditional, no questions asked refund on all unopened items.

To be responsible as well as reasonable, we also offer a full refund on all items that are no more than 2/3’s unused.

All you would need to do is to seal up the package using some sticky tape or similar and send it back to us.

Once received we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping, immediately and then go outside and cry for two hours – as we would be truly upset that you were not happy.

  2. Orders are currently limited to 4 units per order. Orders over 4kg can be arranged directly with Shane.
  3. Custom duties or any additional fees are not included, please inquire at your local customs office if you are unsure if you will be charged customs duties.
  4. For the purpose of customs paperwork, we refer to masala as ‘curry powder’.
  5. International airfreight is charged in kilograms, our products are packed as 5 x 200g.
  6. Shipping costs become substantially more cost effective, after 1 kg.
  7. Yes, international airfreight is expensive. Sorry, it is out of my hands. Shipping costs will change monthly due to fuel surcharge monthly updates.
  8. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
  9. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs should there be any unforeseen expenses, this will be agreed upon before we send. Either party has the right to cancel and refund.
